"I had an interesting situation. I had to file a claim on a car that was deemed a total loss. I was offered an amount for the claim that was fair, and I took it. Based on that amount; while waiting for the money, I purchased another car based on the amount I was set to receive. Several days later I was sent another settlement for a much lower amount. In processing the claim, State Farm (claims department in Arizona) interpreted the title incorrectly. This did not sit well with me or Thad and his staff. Before I had even called Thad, he was already working on getting this fixed. Even on his day off, calling people higher up, explaining my situation and what transpired. Working tirelessly to fix what was a gut-wrenching experience for his customer. Within hours, I received a phone call from a major supervisor who apologized for this and told me they were going to reinstate the original amount. Within a few minutes I was sent links to input my info to receive the original settlement amount. One of the best parts of his office is people actual answer the phone. The people who answer the phone can get you the information you need. Always refreshing. Thad and his staff refused to accept this mix up and did not stop until it was resolved."
